Late arrivals are not permitted once the teacher has started class. This is to ensure a positive experience for all and to respect the time of those who made the extra effort to arrive early.
How do I find the studio and where do I park?
Our studio faces Route 202 and the entrance is in the back of the building, behind Perottis. Please park in the lot directly behind our building or the lower lot by Bati Juice.
What happens with Late Cancellation, No Show & Late Arrival for Class?
We kindly ask you to make every effort to cancel within 12 hours of a scheduled class. This includes removing yourself off of the waitlist if you know you will not be able to make the class should you get in; this frees up the space for another client to be added to the waitlist. All clients who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of any class or are a “no show” will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee. Monthly members will be charged $34 for day classes and $26 for evening classes, clients with packages and drop-ins will lose that class. No Show Fee for a Private Lesson $100.
Late Arrival: All classes start on time, you need to arrive prior to class start time as late entry will not be permitted once the teacher begins class. You will forfeit that class and/or above fees will apply.
What if I’m on the waitlist?
Don’t give up! Spots open up all the time. If you are added into the class from the waitlist, you will receive an email notification. It is very important to check your emails frequently so that you can get the good news.
What do I do with my cell phone?
Cell phones should be turned on silent and left in the lobby. Nothing is more disruptive than the person next to you checking their phone during class! That being said, we completely understand special circumstances, so please let us know when things come up. Apple Watch users, please turn off all sounds.
What if I am a massive sweater?
Congrats! This means that your body is excellent at detoxification! We kindly ask you to bring extra towels and before leaving class, wipe your sweat from the floor. We don’t want anyone to slip while exiting the room. We love sweat!
What if I need to leave class early?
We understand there may be times when you need to leave a few minutes before class ends. Please let the teacher know before the start of class and leave before savasana begins. It is also helpful to place your mat by the door so that you can exit easier w/o disturbing the class.
Do you offer refunds or transfers?
Class packs, Drop In’s, Memberships and Merchandise are Non-Refundable. Class packs do expire, please be mindful of the expiration dates. All single classes, class packages, and memberships are non-transferable. All class packs must be used by the original purchasing client.
